Shipping policy

Made to order: every GH Jewells piece is made to order in 14K or 18K gold. It takes about 3–4 days to make your piece, then about 1–2 weeks to reach you.

Where we ship: Armenia, the Netherlands and every other EU country (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden), plus Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland, Ukraine, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Israel, Lebanon, Morocco, the United Arab Emirates, Kazakhstan, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong and Indonesia.

Shipping costs: delivery is free in Armenia and the Netherlands. For all other countries, the shipping options and costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

Where we ship from: you order online from our store, which is based in the Netherlands, and every piece is made and shipped from our workshop in Yerevan, Armenia.

Customs duties and import taxes: for most countries, import duties and taxes are calculated at checkout and added to your total, so you see the full price before you pay. If your country's duties can't be collected at checkout, your local customs may charge them when your parcel arrives, and these are paid by the customer.

Tracking: once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking details.
