Fine Gold Chain Necklace, White Gold

A fine 18K white gold chain with small round cable links: light enough to wear on its own every day, strong enough to carry a pendant. Bright and cool-toned, it's the natural partner for our white gold diamond cross. Handmade to order in our Yerevan workshop.

Which length? 45 cm sits on the collarbone, the classic length for most women. 46–48 cm sits just below it and leaves room for a pendant. 49–50 cm falls lower, nice over a higher neckline or with a larger pendant. Not sure? Measure a necklace you already wear and like, end to end, and pick the closest length.

Why 18K? 18K gold is 75% pure gold (stamped 750), more gold than 14K (58.5%). White gold's bright finish usually comes from rhodium plating, which can soften over the years; a jeweller can re-plate it to bring the shine back.

Care: take it off for the gym, the pool and cleaning. To clean a gold chain necklace, soak it for a few minutes in warm water with a drop of mild soap, rub gently with a soft cloth, rinse and pat dry. Store it laid flat or hanging, clasp closed, so it doesn't tangle.
